The failure of the welding machine is relatively large, and the cause of the failure is also complicated, often a result is caused by a variety of reasons, or one cause can cause several results. Some faults are tricky to deal with. Let us first give a brief description of the scratch accident.
1 scratch
The tube blank scratching in the welding machine is mainly caused by two parts, one is the guiding mechanism, and the other is the extrusion welding mechanism.
1. 1 Scratch of the guiding mechanism
Scratches at the guiding parts generally occur on both sides of the tube blank. If the guiding structure with the guiding sleeve is unreasonably adjusted, the upper and lower surfaces of the tube blank will also have abrasive scratches. The characteristics of the scratches are wounds. Large, continuous. Mainly because the height position of the guide sleeve is not correct, or the upper and lower guide roller bearings are damaged, the tube blank cannot be well controlled, and it is formed after the guide sleeve is rubbed. In addition, when the guide roller is too large from the rolling center line, the axial difference between the guide sleeve and the guide roller is too large, and the both sides of the tube blank are also scratched.
1. 2 Squeeze welding mechanism scratches
The scratch caused by the squeezing roller mainly occurs at the bottom of the tube blank, for the following reasons:
1.1 Hole type does not match The welded joint structure has two-roller type, three-roller type and four-roller type. As long as the combined hole type does not match, the surface of the tube blank is easily scratched, and the two-roller structure is particularly prominent. There are many factors that cause the hole shape to be inconsistent. Take the two-roll structure as an example, such as bearing damage; the roller is axially swayed; the hole size is different; the height of the two rollers is different; the shaft is bent and the assembly is unstable.
1.2 Height matching The lower edge of the extrusion roll hole type should be consistent with the height of the rolling line, and the height of the guide roll is determined by the wall thickness of the tube blank. If the height of the guide roller is reduced to a certain limit, the edge rounding of the extrusion roller hole type will scratch the bottom of the tube blank, especially after the R round fillet of the squeeze roller hole type is sharpened, and the scratch is It is easier to happen.
1.3 The pressing force on the pressing roller is insufficient, especially the pressing roller device of the two-roller structure. When the upper pressing force is insufficient, under the tension of the tube blank, the roller shaft will have an upper elevation angle, so that the hole edge R round The corners protrude, causing scratches in the lower portion of the tube blank. When the squeezing roller hole type R rounded sharpening, it will increase the occurrence of scratches.
